How to Find Contacts in the New Gmail
Have you heard of the new Gmail? It is very good and easy to use. However, a lot of people are wondering where Contacts went to. Do you want to know How to Find Contacts in the New Gmail too? If yes, follow through with this work.
It is important to know that the other version of Gmail, now called “Classic Gmail,” had a drop-down at the top-left for quick access to Contacts and Tasks. The previous Gmail made finding contacts easy but the new design adds Tasks to the new right-side panel, which makes sense. What about the Contacts?
The new Gmail does not have a quick link. Users add them by themselves by using the little-used app drawer at the top right. Once you click on it you will see some icons for various Google applications. If contacts aren’t there, click the “More” button at the bottom. Now, you will find Contacts. Click and drag the Contacts icon to anywhere you like.
Am sure you now find it easy to access Contacts by opening the app drawer and then clicking the “Contacts” button.
Another Option: Just Use a Bookmark
If you find the method above boring and hard, there is another option. You can just create a bookmark for Contacts in your browser. This is easy and fast.
Since Google Contacts lives at contacts.google.com, just open that page and add it to your bookmarks bar. You can now open your contacts whenever you want. Am sure you find this option better. You are no more confused, right?
I hope you got value from this work. Keep your questions in the comment section.
