Eligibility Requirements
- Applicant must be at least 18 years old
- Should be legally allowed to work in Australia
- Must not be currently bankrupt.

- On the first page, enter the following; Title, First name, Middle name, and Last name
- Click on the “OK” link
- On the next page, enter your Email address, Mobile Number, Home number, and Work number
- Click on the “OK” link, to proceed further.

How to Activate Awards Credit Card
- To activate your card online, you need to be registered for NetBank or the CommBank app.
- Log on to NetBank by providing your Client number and Password
- Tap on the “Log on” link.

- Enter your Client Number and Password
- Tap on the “Log on” link.
How to Recover Credit Card Password
- Scroll to the Logon page
- Tap on the “I’ve forgotten my log on details”
- Enter your card number and Card pin

How to Make Bill Payment
- To make your bill payment, set up an Autopay via the CommBank app.
- Log on to the CommBank app
- Click on “View accounts”, thereafter select your card
- Click on “Settings”, at the top right-hand corner, then “Manage Autopay”
- Key in your CommBank app pin
- Choose “Closing balance, the minimum amount due” or “set an amount”
- Select the account to “Pay from”
- Tap on “Submit”.
