How to Apply for Athleta Credit Card
Application Criteria
- Applicant must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a valid SSN
- Applicant must have a valid government-issued photo ID
- Applicant, must not be declared bankrupt in the past six months.
How to Apply
- Scroll to the homepage of the Athleta card and tap on the “Apply Now” tab.
- Next, you are to complete the personal information section, with the following details; First name, Last name, Address, City, State, Zip, Home phone, Cell/another phone, Email address, Annual net income from all sources, Length of time at current address.
- Thereafter, you are to complete the verification section with the following information; Date of birth, Social security number, Mother’s maiden name.

How to Activate Athleta Credit Card
To activate your newly acquired Athleta CC,
- Scroll to the activation homepage
- Type in your account number, and thereafter on the “Continue” tab
- Immediately after your account is verified you will be directed to set up your security.
How to Login Athleta Credit Card
- Scroll to the homepage of Athleta CC
- Locate the “Existing Members Login” section at the left-wing of the screen
- Fill in your User ID and tap on “Login”
- You will be prompted to enter your password
- Immediately after your User ID is verified, you will get access to your account.
